Scaledenmark welcomed real estate associates from VDIV to explore the transformation of the Øresund region through new harbor development projects across Copenhagen and Malmö. The 3-day tour examined the evolution of sustainable planning initiatives as a model for city regeneration. We discussed the region’s focus on long-term planning and stewardship by integrating social, recreational, and environmental value to buildings and public space.  We had a successful team-oriented and sustainability-focused weekend of professional education, and we hope to welcome VDIV back to Copenhagen soon!
